Delays caused by third-party platforms, service providers, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.
A service will be considered delivered when the agreed work has been completed or made available to the client.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Elite Prime Global LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, processes, templates, strategies, and proprietary resources.
We may display non-confidential completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, performance, or continued operation.
